Amanda has won awards including FoodService Director Magazine's 2019 Rising Star and 2020 New Hampshire's Top 40 Under Forty.

Marlon is Founder & CEO of NxtGen Innovators, a company dedicated to bringing best-in-class solutions to school districts, and First Taste TV, connecting industry to operators in an engaging, educational way. He also serves on SNA's PD Committee, ILSNA's industry committee, and ISNA's PR committee. Prior to NxtGen Marlon was Senior Account Manager for a leading K-12 software provider and a Food/Nutrition IT Program Manager leading a team for the 80+ schools in Pasco County. Working both within school districts and as an industry partner gives Marlon a unique perspective which he invests daily into his projects and relationships.
