J.T.M. is celebrating 40 years of creating great dishes together! Founded in 1960 by Jack Maas, Sr., J.T.M. originated as Maas Brothers Meats and in 1974 was renamed Jack Maas Meats, a west-side Cincinnati butcher shop and deli that provided quality products to families, as well as local restaurants and pizzerias. In 1980, the Maas family expanded and moved to their current location in Harrison, Ohio where the company became known by its present name—J.T.M. Food Group. Since the company’s inception, the family has taken a hands-on approach to managing the business with the third generation now actively involved.
Today, J.T.M. has grown into a multi-faceted food company that provides kettle-crafted culinary solutions to schools, restaurants, and retailers across the country. And, for over 25 years, J.T.M. has been transforming USDA Foods into fully prepared, on-trend menu solutions for the K-12 segment. Our products provide menu versatility, labor savings, are easy to portion, and are packed full of flavor and nutrition.
